I've been a keen cook for years, and always try and push my boundaries with new techniques and styles. I made it to the Quarter Finals on BBC's Masterchef in 2017, and since my appearance on the show my cooking ability and love of cooking for others has increased tremendously.
I cooked some of the best food I can on the show, but unfortunately hit the shit when I failed making Jay Rayner a Honey cake that lacked sweetness and a honey ice cream that had no, none, zilch honey in it - I forgot to put it in. Blame pressure, or remember it as a life lesson.
I am now available for private dining experiences. Expect out of the ordinary pairings, Scandinavian-inspired cooking and some unexpected twists.
Prices vary depending on the menu and size; I'll work with you to create something special.
This is not my full time job and I only choose the events I feel I can bring something unique and wonderful to.
